Clipboard/Text to Speech is an application that enables users to listen to text from any source without the need for active navigation.

Instructions:
Highlight and copy the text you wish to have read out loud to your clipboard, then click on the notification. The application will proceed to verbally articulate the selected text. To halt this function, simply click on the notification again, and the application will cease dictating.

This application offers the convenience of continuous dictation even when your screen is turned off.
